※Internet connection fees and device communication charges are borne by the customer
※When using from overseas, additional charges may apply depending on the telecommunications carrier

※The service may not be available during certain hours such as system maintenance

• Account sharing is prohibited
• Up to 100 AI buttons can be created per account
• Voice conversations are limited to a maximum of 24 hours per day
• There may be limits on simultaneous connections
• Use for content that violates public order and morals is prohibited

About Cancellation:
• Cancellation is possible at any time during the contract period
• Cancellation can be processed from My Page
• After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the contract period
• No refunds will be made for cancellation during the contract period

Cancellation Procedure:
• Log in to My Page
• Select 'Cancellation Procedure' from the settings menu
• Complete the procedure following the on-screen instructions

About Cooling-off:
• This service is digital content and is not subject to cooling-off

• Data during service use is retained for 30 days after cancellation and then deleted
• Voice data is not stored on servers and is immediately discarded after processing
• AI button data created by users is deleted upon cancellation
• Backup data is not provided
